Piercing pain when laying on my side, anyone else had this?

I’m getting a piercing sharp pain when turning on my side, I’m 4 weeks post op and still feel I have to sleep on my back it’s getting harder as I can only sleep properly on my front. Help please!

I can’t sleep on my side yet I get all kinds of aches and pains still plus morning boob I’m 4 weeks on as well x
