please can someone put my mind at ease

Sorry to take about my incisions again but it’s getting worse it’s a small yellow hole and it hurts my other one is fine. I’ve rang mya I am going on Monday only day I can. Should I go and see my doctor about this will the doctor do anything or can only the nurses at mya sort the wounds. I’m scared it will speak and go rotten has anyone else had this in the first week and been OK I don’t kno what I should do I’m panicking xxxxx

If it is infected the doctors will be able to tell you and give you antibiotics! My scars just had a bit of dried blood nothing really on plasters and no yellow colour at all! If you are worried about it id speak to your doctor! What did mya say about the yellow hole? There was another girl on here who had infected incisions it might be worth seeing hers (she had pics) and maybe speaking to her? X x

Do you know her name? I am going to ring doctors tomorrow and mya wanted me to email them pictures to show the nurse I’ve not heard back. Did you not have any small holes ? And thank you hun xxx

Go to your GP and get antibiotics as soon as you can. MY sister left her infection and ended up with drains it was awful. If it gets into your blood then you will get really ill.

I’ve tagged you in the other post so hopefully you can see it! I’m sure yours aren’t as bad as that though! It’s probably nothing but better to put your mind at rest!! No holes no? Are yours weeping at all? I’d put a picture up of my scar but I don’t have the resizer app thing ha! X x

Oh god that doesn’t sound good uughh I can’t believe this is happening. Will the antibiotics stop it spreading or will it still get worse. Will I have to have my implant out if it gets bad xxx

Could u put a pic of your scar on your profile pics. It won’t let me put pics up either only on profile. It’s weeping a bit my other insison looks fine but I’m sure it’s not a good sign having a yellow whitish hole. N cheers for doing that xxxx

Hi Lindsey, when I had my strapping off the nurse told me abit of leakage is totally normal and not to worry, when wounds heal they do sometimes look red and yellowey ( even when your little and cut your leg and it goes weird ) id still go and see your doctor tomorrow just to put mind at rest but I’d also try to avoid touching around the area of the wound. Obviously I’m no doctor but the worst thing you can do is start panicking and googling things so just stay calm hunnie and your doctor will be able to advise 🙂

If you click on your picture in the very top right it should say notifications and then that I tagged you in a comment (or something like that) I have put pics of my incisions on my profile (they are upside down though even though the pictures weren’t ha) but everyone is different! I’m sure yours are fine – don’t panic but definitely get them looked at by doctor! 🙂 x x

I’m the same, the nurse said watch out for if your boob goes really hard and really high that’s when to call nurse..all day then I was like
Omfg my boob is swollen omg but it’s just because it’s a big thing and there’s a lot of pains and stuff that we feel so we’re bound to be worried. Don’t worry babe everything will get sorted! X

My boob is hard I thought they were meant to be eekk. Did you have pain in one boob and not in the other I feel like I need to keep hold of my right when I stand up and a continuous sting.

Mine are hard to Lyndsey but think she meant like mega hard like a brick and I think one boob more painful seems to be quite common in here. My right has caused me nothin but pain but left one has been sound so god knows. Just try not to worry too much and hope everything goes ok for you xx

I will update tomorrow when I get back from doctors see what they say. I really didn’t want to take antibiotics again they made me feel so I’ll. But needs must. I had a really good couple of days as well after my op no pain or anything everything was fine now it’s all hitting me at once. Thank you for all the advice girls and sorry about moaning for ages lol I can’t help it I jus panic to much xxxx

Hey girls. I rang my doctors they can’t see me today so they gave me a number for a walk in centre I have an appointment at 7. Feel proper fed up its going to take me over an hour on a bus to get there then back again. I’ll let u kno tonight what they say. Hope your all well xxxx
