    I had my OP on the 13th of April and was told no exercise for 6 weeks. Im struggling to keep the weight off now and can feel myself pilling it on. Other than walking, do you girls do anything else for exercise before the 6 weeks mark? I feel like a fat blob on the couch.

    I did looooads of squats!! Not strenuous and made me feel slightly better ? Xx

    I’m going crazy!! I can’t sit down for this long and I’m only 2 days post op 🙁 but my last op I remember I went out and over did it so I’m forcing myself to sit still. I just want to go tidying my house and play with my daughter and I’m so so bored Haha! How have you coped? When did you first start doing things and felt ok to go out and things without over doing it? Xx

    i was naughty and did things straight away, 3 days letter it hit me and i was in agony like a i had the flu and had a massive bruise down my chest. My bf made me sit still for 2 days (only move for the loo) and then i was fine. Im now 10 days PO and feel fine and my boobs are nice and not sore at all. Good luck with your recovery. will all be worth it in the end.

    oh no :/ I’m on day 3 now and I’ve tidied my house and done washing and managed to wash and dry my own hair last night ? I honestly can’t sit still! I’m trying my hardest but I’m not even in pain like last time 🙁 I’m really bruised though that’s the only thing bothering me. Another 4 days until I can drive and start being normal again! ? Xxx

    I have just posted similar i am struggling with not doing any exercise! I am 4 weeks post op and dying to get back into it!
