PO DAY #1

Hey girlies! Well had my op yesterday at Preston with Dr Mounir! The whole process for me had been a little rocky with a change in dates and then I came out in a big rash so could have faced the op been postponed. I found out 4 days before my actual op it would go ahead!!! ?? anyway…Preston hospital is very clean, nurses are super friendly and all other professionals I came into contact with couldn’t do enough to help me! I was in at 11.20 early for my admission time at 12. Had the op around half 3 I think and came out around 5ish due to a bad reaction to the iodine so I was in recovery longer. No part if the experience has been painful in any way just very tight after and a bit breathtaking! I’m feeling happy so far with how everything went. I just want to add aswell, through this forum I befriended 4 other amazing girls who were in on the same day as me. We created a group chat in whatsapp and were all along the same corridor in hospital and we chatted all day. The support we all gave to eachother was fab and I couldn’t have done it without them! So glad I’ve not only got boobs but 4 brill boobie sisters aswell! So if you find other girls on the same day as you I deffo reccomended you create a group chat! ?? wouldn’t have wanted to share the experience any differently than with you girls, Lou, Lucy, Katrina + Becky! ♡ xxxx

Hi. Also had my BA done yesterday . Overnight stay at Nuffield Cheltenham. Fantastic experience. Everyone there so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Really put me at ease. Had 520 EHR (UHP) overs Mr James McDiarmid..Lovely man..great personality..fantastic work. Can’t praise him enough. The cannular didn’t hurt one bit..just a slight scratch as they said it would be. Drains taken out..no problem or pain at all. Am now wearing a 36F sports bra (got the 36″ to allow for swelling and
wanted it comfortable..usually 34″) So looking good!! I do expect the size to decrease when the
swelling goes down ..but will be happy if it doesn’t. I will try and post some photo’s on my profile in a few days.

Awwwww @Beth that’s a lovely thing to say, but totally agree. I would recommend creating a group on whatsapp to girls having the op on the same day at the same place and with the same surgeon. It’s easier than on here and photos are easier to share too! Definitely made the whole experience better and easier sharing it with girls going through the same thing, it was so funny at the same time. Boobie sisters ? Xxx
