    So I’m 11 days PO.
Although my boobs haven’t dropped yet that’s not what’s bothering me!
I am beyond bloated still and have tons of little red spots over my boobs.
It’s making me feel horrid and I can’t go out because I can’t hide my bloating!
Literally look like I have put on a stone or two!
    Who else is suffering? X

    I’ll try those capsules!
Anything to get rid of this! Thought it would have been gone by now!
I’ve been told it’s a combination of medication (even though I’m off tablets as of 4 days ago)
Then swelling/fluid from the operation it’s self.

Do you have the bloating @RobynHeatley
    It’s horrid isn’t it Hun 🙁 xx

I’m just over 3 weeks po & I remember feeling like this! My bloating went down after about 2 weeks, & the little spots have almost all gone now! I still feel down sometimes because of the sports bra and not being able to wear certain clothes but don’t worry about it babes! I know it’s hard but there is light at the end of the tunnel! Just keep thinking about when you can buy all your lovely new bras! That’s what’s keeping me going xxxx

    It’s hideous isn’t it!
I just feel so embarrassed to even go out or anything!
I might have put on some weight but not this bloody much ha!
I am trying to eat less cause I’m horrified ha x

    Menu

Yeah Emily, i feel exact the same!
But like you have just been saying i think its because I’ve stopped going to the gym and been sitting round feeling sad!
Just got to think 1 more month and it will all be back to normal, and in time for summer!! xx

Hi Emily, bloating is normal and part of the recovery. Take two Senakot before bed and as soon as you wake up drink a large glass of water and you will feel much better. Also buy some Yakut and drink one in the morning and one at night, my bloating was gone after a few days of doing this. Drinking plenty of water will help loads. X

Could the little red spots not be from the skin not breathing properly. Cause normally they would have air at night and no compression bra…. Maybe? :-S
Hope you feel happier again soon!… Stick on a good film and open the windows up for fresh air 🙂 xxx
