POD 8!! Really swollen and uneven

Hi,

I’ve had my bandages taken off yesterday, and my breasts are really uneven, one is a lot higher and perky whilst the other droops and looks horrible, I know I only had the bandages off yesterday, but can anybody advise whether they had this? As I’m really worrying.

I had my strapping off 4 days ago and had a similar problem, they just need time to settle though. My left boob is continuing to drop and fluff quicker but that happens because they’re two separate operations so I wouldn’t worry for now, give them a couple months to sort themselves out 🙂 hope this helps! mine were exactly the same after I had my strapping off im now 15 days po they have evened out slightly but its still very noticeable. I think its normal soon after im going to try to not worry till my 6 week check. they have both healed separately in everyway as in only 1 has swelling only 1 has bruising and 1 is a lot more painful as well and its not even the swollen 1 so im going to try and wait as best I can for now but im confident that they will sort themselves out in the end a lot of girls have uneven boobs early on but unless they start worrying about it you don’t really hear about it that much xx

It is absolutely normal. They heal in different pace. Unfortunately we need to be very patient. I am almost 3 months PO but one is still a bit higher. X

I have a lot more pain in my left than my right, it’s really tight, sore muscle pain and I get nothing he other side. The painful one also sits higher. It’s beginning to worry me a bit too xx
