Thought I’d give an update, didn’t sleep a wink last night. I’m struggling sleeping upright even with my v pillow does anyone have any tips? Pain is a lot worse today, my chest feels sooo tight. I’m hoping today will be the worst day (wishful thinking). I wish I could relive yesterday at Preston, I was on my own and I had such a good time (sad I know) haha. Will attach some before & afters 🙂 350cc HP partials with areola

I’m 2 days po and I’ve found using lots of pillows including v pillow to prop yourself up and also prop under your knees up with cushions to take the pressure off your bottom as much this has helped me loads xxx

I have 4 bed pillows and 2 v pillows and used all my little bed pillows to prop under my knees up. The nurse also told me on Monday night what r u doing? I’ll never get to sleep like that (I was sat right up) I said I thought we have to amd she said no I don’t have to sit up at a 90degree angle more like propped up as much as we can xxx

Yeah I was at 45 degree angle! I had 2 pillows behind my and my v pillow but it was neck I couldn’t get comfy! I spoke to the nurse before and she said 2 weeks max and then I can start lowering myself xxx

I used two normal pillows and then this on top http://www.houseofbath.co.uk/shop/faux-sheepskin-back-support/XW394/product/details/show.action?pdBoUid=6193&promo=6200&cm_mmc=Googlebase-_-Houseofbath-_-Product%20Feeds-_-na&gclid=CLGWzY355dMCFcyT7QodjpEBsw#colour:Pink,size: was only a tenner. I turn it the other way round then pictured so there’s lower back support and then a v pillow and I fall asleep no problems. I’m two weeks post op now and got told I can start to reduce the incline but I’m quite comfortable being at that angle. You do slide down slightly though xx
