So tomorrow I’m 6 weeks p/o. But I had my check up at 5 weeks so she didn’t really tell me anything other than I’m healing well
So from tomorrow can I use bio oil on my scars?
Also when can I fully submerge them in water? I.e hot bath, swimming pool…
And exercise. Everyone says gentle but what does that mean?
you wil be fine to put oil on your scars and soak in water, but its odd she didn’t tell you this just to make sure ring up tomorrow and double check but it should be fine otherwise she would of said xxx
