Which bras did you get and which was your favourite?
How do you know what size to get before even had boobs done?
I’ve been looking at macom, mya and m&s.
Any help would be great thanks so much ????
5 weeks and counting till new boobie day ???? Xx

Hi hunni every surgeon has different opinions on what bra to wear I’m going with Mr kazzazi and he has told me to get the £8 maximum support full cup none wire bra from matalan and other surgeon’s prefer the macom or zip up sports bra’s when you chose your surgeon I’m sure he/she will advise you on the best type for you…hope this helps xx

I got recommended to get one from M&S by my nurse, but I have tried one on that I had ordered online and for some reason I find it so uncomfortable to wear a support bra so I have not been wearing on at the moment.

I’ve tried a few but the most comfortable with the best support is £8 from asda.

I’m going for the M&S bra, gone up a band size and bought the cup size up from what the surgeon estimated to allow for swelling.

@stacey it sounds like it was a doddle for you. I hope mine runs as smoothly. good luck with your recovery!

I think I’m going to go for the mya ones and an m&s one.

I’m starting to panic that I haven’t asked me traynor enough questions now. All I wanted was the max he would give so I didn’t even ask the size I will most likely end up. So now I’m struggling to decide on a size post op bra ???? Xx

Hi everyone, I have my surgery in about three weeks so I’m looking to get my post surgery bras soon. I’ve been reading all your lovely suggestions however I’m struggling to find something (apart from the expensive Macom/MYA bras) that will fit round my back. It currently measures 28, so I was thinking I should be looking for a 30C (which is the cup size Mr Mounir has suggested I get)……has anyone has the same issue? Or do you think I should look at 32 for extra swelling? Xx

Hi amanda there’s so many different bras out there and we all want the one that is going to do the best job for our new boobies….I had already ordered a macom and a couple of zip up the front sports bra’s but then when I had my second consultation Mr kazzazi said he didn’t like any of them so I sent them back and started again lol I found it very stressful but I have 100% trust in my surgeons advice.I would ask your surgeon what he thinks would be best for you he is there to answer important questions like that hunni xx
