Thanks Molly, I think maybe I’m being a bit too paranoid over what bra I’m wearing, im scared they will go saggy again lol! And I agree, need some thinner strap bras too, these thick ones are so u comfortable as I’m not used to them! Bet your excited for your ba kate, can’t believe that mine is all done, came and went so fast 🙂 x

hey girls, i have the m&s zip up one and i’ve got one from tesco today with a back fastening. they’ve got it in white and black £4 it’s really really comfy with a soft band and comes lower than stitching. Once i’ve had it done, will invest in a couple more. Seeing the surgeon later!! Mr T, can’t believe my op is on Wed!!! eeeek!!!! Asda really pissed me off. been in two of them now and they have no 34D in. Get yourselves to tescos! xx

Can you not book again to see him and try implants on?! Who’s your PC? Just got out from seeing him, he’s lovely. I asked him about macom and bras and he said they do the same job as any other bra, even the £3 ones. It’s only for the first 6 weeks. And the most important thing is the band underneath and that it’s not rubbing. So I’m not gonna bother buying a macom. Xx

Hi Rachel I were going to message u to see how u got on,what did mr t go through tonight if u don’t mind me asking.my pc is wanda through the Birmingham clinic she is lovely but things seem to have changed since paid deposit.i went for pre op Tuesday and good job I asked about the hospital as it wasn’t the one I’d researched, the nurse said I should have been sent an email which they hadn’t.i then thought I might have to see surgeon again to talk through things decide size etc but she said dont need to do anything till op day.im glad I never brought a macom now thanks Hun ill just have my m&s one and get some cheap ones for sleeping in once healed a bit and also some that look like bras.u still excited xxx

I’ve got a couple of the Lonsdale bras from sports direct, they’re really comfy and nice and only £6 each! And they deliver really quickly, and you can get matching knickers (if you are a matching undies freak like me haha). The only thing I would say is to go up a band size as the band sizes fit small, and then because you’ve gone up a band size come down a cup size so it fits well! I’ve found the bra style fits better than the crop top style but they’re both super comfy and come in really funky colours xx

If any of you girls having a uplift is so important to get a good sports bra with shock absobers in to hold your implants in plance and off your inssions as this uplift is such a big op to have and your inssions need more time heal x
