    Hey ladies!

I’ve asked my surgeon if I can achieve a D cup which she said was fine but what size post op bras do I buy? I’m currently a 34 back B cup..

    do I buy a 36 for swelling? Do I buy a D, DD & an E?

    Help!! Thanks girls xx

    Hi again Sophie hah
I’m also very confused with this. The Nurse recommended to go up one back size, so Im normally a 32, but should get a 34… but then I spoke to one of the Macom Bra Reps who said your back size wont really matter and wont change (plus you want it to be tight and supportive rather than loose) So Ive got the Macom bra in my usual back size as the cups expand anyway on those… and then just got a few cheap sports bras from George in 32 and 34 just to see which is best! I would get a few of both sizes 🙂 Thats what im doing! STRESSSS xx

Your back size will not change, only cup sizes will change.

Hi girls I’m normally 32 back and I’m wearing a 34 at the minute which is tight but ok I’m 11 days post op, think it’s because the swelling, I got the next cup size up from what I was expecting to allow for the swelling x x x

I was told to go up one back size and two cup sizes. Which would take me to a 36 F!! However I’m still really swollen and my 36F sports bra isn’t fitting at the moment so I suggest maybe going even bigger X

I’d got with the macom bras , you don’t have to worry about your cup size that way. its just your current back size you’ll need to know as the cups expand x

Thanks girls, think I might buy a couple of cheap ones and an expensive one, I’ve heard so many opinions about Macom bras I’m unsure x
