Hi Girls, I am booked in for my op on the 11th march and I’m currently in a panic about post op bras.. I’ve got a macom one already but thought id get a few others just incase. after going to m&s to look at their sports bras i was shocked at how big the 34dd (the size the nurse suggested at my pre-op) was!! Do you really swell that much? as the shoulders and everything were huge!

What post op bras does everyone recommend and did you get a few different sizes?

    Jess xx

@jessica, am 2weeks post op, i bought 2 macom bras, in my normal size which is a Small. Macoms do stretch, as mine did. I hear the asda ones are great too, but id deffo rwcommend the macom ones for the first 2weeks, as theyre proper surgical bras, whereas others are sports bras, Goodluck with your op, x

Heyy chick! I’m 3 days PO and find my MaCom most comfortable!! I only have 2 other bras from M&S one is the white and pink one with black thick straps (I can’t upload a pic) and I don’t like it at all there’s not much support and the straps dig into my arms! The other M&S one is a kind of black and white abstract pattern which is super comfy and supportive! I think it’s called super impact or something ? xxx

Oh and I’m 350cc and aiming for a 32DD my macom is 34 and the other 2 are 32dd and 34d …my comfy M&S bra is 34D and gets a little tight!! Wish I’d got that one in a 34DD x

Hi Both, thank you for your replies!! I’ll deffs stick to the Macom bras at first 🙂 I’m getting similar size implants to both of you so hopefully I will find them just as comfy.

Hope your ops went ok and you have a good recovery 🙂 xx
