Do any of you have any sports bras that have thinner straps and dont sit so high up and can get away with wearing them with vest tops and strappy tops? Currently in a m&s high impact sports bra and the shape of the bra is quite pointy so looks like i have a nipple on when i wear tight tops (worse than my actual nipple haha) and the straps are quite thick aswell so cant get away with wearing it with vest tops really

I’m not too sure about thinner straps but the one I’m wearing currently looks relatively like a normal bra in terms of shape! It’s from M&S and is just their post op bra (comes in black, white and nude)
    It’s lovely and comfortable!

I like that the straps are interchangeable so can wear with different style tops!

Maybe you could order it online Danielle? I dont think anybody minds spending allot on underwear especialy when it’s to put new boobs in 🙂 ha ha but anything you wear in the first 8 weeks is unlikely to be worn for long is it xxx

Hi Sophy no it’s not, but that one will be better jist had a quick check on your profile and see your very early post op, the one i have from Asda is not quite as supportive the cups and straps are the same but the band is not as strong so you might want to hold off until 6 weeks to wear one of these, i didn’t wear any of my soft cups till i git home from my 6 week check up until that point i was in my M&S high impact 24/7 except bathing, heres a pic of it anyway incase you want one for further down the road xxx

Honestly im a natural born worrier so you might want to take my advice with a pinch of salt but those types of bras are not really supportive enough for augumentation at your stage in recovery you need total support and they are light support xxx
