Hi ladies, had my BA Yesterday 500 unders mr Traynor. The pain is bareable kinda like the day after a hard workout in the gym, however I’m really hunched over, is this normal? Should I try straightnent my back and push my shoulders back even though it hurts?
I took lots of photos yesterday and I shall add them today xx

Hey girlie! Just inboxed you back then 🙂 I slept quite well just took painkillers now. Yeah I’m very achy more in the middle than the boobs themselves. They’re very far apart even in the sports bra which I’m worried about, hope they come together 🙁 how you feeling this morning xx

Mine were very far apart to start with and very stretched, I’m 9days now and I noticed they are coming together more and my skin is feeling a lot less tight, the swelling will be forecing them apart xxx

Steff it sounds completely normal. I was super hunched over for most of the first week which gave me horrific back pain so try to straighten yourself out as much as possible as will avoid you getting back and shoulder pain 🙂 xx

Hey girls am on day 4 after my op and I have so far found day one the hardest as the meds start to wear off from op and the pain kicks in more, just expect the next few days to be a bit troublesome although different for everyone. Yesterday was much better and hopefully today will be good too, each day I am doing more so hope you both get on ok xx
