Really yeah that’s what they told me I was a little unsure because up untill before the op I was under the impression I would have to wear both at the same time but then I’ve been told I don’t need them both on so I’ve been just wearing the strapping and then from tomorrow I will just be wearing my macom Iknow it’s great isn’t it finally having boobs ha ha! I can’t wait to see what they look like properly tomrrow though being dying to take the strapping off and have a peak ?
Me too I’m still in discomfort x x x Ele if you don’t feel like it’s tight I would put your macom on aswell to be safe or ring your nurse and see what she recommends have u got the tape on or the band that goes around x x x

Hi Jessica it may be that your Macom bra is the wrong size and you need a bigger one. I’m chest size 32 but I’ve gone for a 34 which is what my surgeon advised. She said go for the next size up. Your strapping will need to be tight as that is what is doing the work and then your bra just gives you added support. So get the next size up is my advice. Xxx
