Are you putting these directly on incision? I would wait till all your scabs go Hun, best thing for them is to keep them aired 🙂 xx

My pc and nurse said don’t put anything on that area at all till 6 weeks, Iv not even been using soap or shower gel on my top half incase it runs over the incision, been washing my top half with a flannel! I may just be too cautious tho 🙂 x

Hi Ele, I used to use sudocrem for my son, it works well but if the skins broken I found it can make it worse , because it’s so thick when you put it on, you normally have to wash it off and this is what seems to cause the skin more damage. Hope this helps xx

I was told E45 cream 3 weeks after my op by the nurse. And Vaseline and bio oil by the pharmacist 4 weeks after. I use them at different times of the day (bio oil at night as it takes ages to sink in and don’t want it ruining my clothes at work).
