I’m over 7 weeks PO and Ive not been told about this at all but today
I was massaging round my armpit as my muscles still ache there and just rememberes that iv seen other girls mention it

Is this something I should be doing as my boobs are still very firm and don’t move much xxxxx

Hi,I am over 8 week post op and one of my boobs is still high so I was advised to massage it to help with the dropping process… have you worn normal wired bras yet ? I tried them on but I didn’t feel it comfortable yet …

@rachel99 My musicales are still quite tight at the top and under my arms and still a bit achey there if I do to much so I might start massaging the top?

Iv bough a lightly padded tshirt plunge bra and balconette bra but I only wear them for a few hours if I go out etc, I’m work and at home I’m still in light/medium sports bras coz they’re so comfy!!

This sounds strange, but how have you been advised too massage round your implants? Xxxx

I had a 6 week post op appointment with Dr Macellino. One of my breasts (the left one ) was still quite high comparing with the other so I was told to massage it to help it drop more quickly to catch up with the right one.
I am now 8 weeks post op and just started to massage it now as I was worried that 6 weeks were still a bit early to do so …
