Post op ladies help!?!

So ladies I am now 6 weeks post op and haven’t got my check up until another 2 weeks time!
My incisions are looking ok but I’m concerned as at all 4 corners there are hard scabs around where stitches are poking out! One stitch is left that long it catches on my bras and makes me feel sick!!!!

Are they supposed to just come away on their own and if so how long does this usually take? I thought they’d be gone by now!!!

I had my 6 week check last week. I had a stitch that was poking out at the end and my nurse said they often do that and she just pulled it out. I still have some scabs at the ends but the nurse said it looks fine. Can u not bring your appointment forward a bit if you’re worried? X
