    Hi Guys,

I am 17 days post op and have a couple of quesions!
When can you go out without a bra or wearing a normal bra? I have got a friends wedding and finding it hard to find a nice dress that I can wear my sports bras under! Would it be ok for one day to not wear a bra?

When did you all start sleeping on your back?

When did you first have a shower?

Did anyone else feel that with clothes on you cant tell you have had a boob job? I told all my friends and everyone at work and everyone was telling me how I wouldnt fit into my clothes and stuff, I came back and everyone was like oh you can hardly tell!! I had 350cc unders so keep hoping they will get bigger!

I think thats it for now! Thanks!

@becky234 hi Hun 🙂 I’m 6days post opp from my second BA they tell you to wear your sports bra day and night for the first 6weeks to give your new boobs the best chance of staying were they are ment to I had to have my second opp because my implants dropped to much. I have 400UHP now but I did have 350cc and that took me to a DD/E so don’t worry they will still change 🙂 xx

Hi beccy, post op bra day and night for 6 weeks Hun. As for sleeping it’s propped up at 45 degrees for the first two weeks then you can lie flat on your back, I think some girls have slept on their sides earlier but Mya recommend not to for the first 6 weeks (massive pain) . If you are 17 days po you should be able to shower? Have you had your 2 wks check? What did the nurse say? Provided she thinks your incisions have healed you can start showering with unperfumed soap.
As for what other people think, I had 350cc HP unders, I can def tell that I’ve had the op but I guess other people might be non the wiser as I’ve always worn padded bras, if I whipped my top of though they’d soon realise! Haha! Xx
