Post-op sleeping

Hi girls im 8 weeks post op and just wondering if its ok to sleep on my front? Im waking up like this most mornings now, its not hurting at all but i dont want to damage the implants? X

If it’s not hurting I can’t see why not but I’d double check with the nurse just to be sure 🙂 xx

The nurse I saw said after 6 weeks you can sleep in any position you want! 🙂 your body is ready for it if it isn’t hurting chick xx
