Post Op – Think i've over done it, so annoyed at my self !

Im so annoyed at my self, im 3 weeks post op and been doing great, but now my left boob only has really sharp stabbing pains, for like the last 5 days or so now….today was so bad i had to take ibuprofen again. i really hope it goes soon! i think i’ve started back to soon doing normal jobs etc and ive pulled something 🙁

Sorry to hear this im finding its really hard to know what you can and cant do! I thought once the op was over so would the worrying but i seem to be worrying about everything. Hope the pain eases for you! Take care ?
