Can anyone advise on the best type of bra for post surgery. I’m having a nightmare finding something suitable. To be honest I’m not really sure which sort is best. I’ve been advised not to go for macam. I’ve been measured and I’m bordering 36-38. So do I go for 36 or 38??? All the zip front ones are made from gym wear material and didn’t know if this was suitable?

The extreme sports bra that zips up at the front from M&S is really good and so far my fave since po BA
It give great support, is super comfy and has a decent neckline that you can still wear some low cut stuff without it showing to badly compared to some others I’ve tried where they have still been good but I found at times restrictive with some of my clothes.

The link is in another chat relating to bras but I’d recommend that one by far! The material is fine to wear post op x

do you mean the ones you wear post op for 6 weeks?
i got an M&S zip up front way, it was “gym material” as you put it but it was very cool ( i had my op in July and it was very hot) to wear and incredibly comfy, they don’t have wires so won’t irritate your scars…i find the one i wore very good as it finished quite low so didn’t rub anywhere near my scars xx
