    Hey Girls,

I just had my pre-op today. Surgery is on 28th of March. The nurse recommended me to get a Macom Bra and then a few others from other retailers. Does anyone have any recommendations?

    Hey
I personally think the macom is best to start off with as it fits any cup size. I’m 3wpo today and went to M&S now i can try on sports bras easily. Their extra high impact one is great, so soft and supportive and zips up the front. The macom does get uncomfortable but I didn’t want to buy it pre op incase I got the wrong size and waste £25 xxx

Hey Hun, I bought the M&S post surgery bra. I’m POD1 and It is very comfy. You don’t pay VAT on this particular one so it only costs £20.
It’s quite hard to guess what size to get though, i asked my surgeon what size he thought I should get. I hope this helps x

Hi Lauren. I have 2 x medium signature Macoms, 1 black, 1 clay that I am selling as I bought the wrong size. I only wore them a few times. Message me if you are interested. 07794418633.

Hi girls, I just wondered… my PC told me to get a macom or any other support bra (m&s etc) a size up, so I’d get a 36 but on macom website it says you don’t need to go up a size in their bras, is this right? What did you girls do?
    Thank you xxx

I bought a macom but wasn’t impressed with the material or fit. House of Fraser do a lovely post op bra by Theya, they’re not cheap £46, but made of a lovely soft material (bamboo), mine fits really nicely, I’ll def be using as a sleep bra in the future x

I didn’t go for the MYA ones, as i feel as though they are pushing sales and they something pretty new so not many girls have reviewed/recommended them as of yet. Ive got two MACom ones and after surgery if i dont like them ill maybe try M&S as many people have recommended them! I think the MYA ones fasten at the back, where as MaCom and M&S are front fastenings xxxx

I just bought 1 black 1 white from M&S, front zip fastening high impact i measured just over a 32 so bought a 34 as the 32 felt like i had scaffolding on! They were £25 each the material is really soft
