    Hello lovelies!

I just had a question about the post surgery bra! I already have a Macom ready but I need another as obviously it is one on and one off. Does anyone have any recommendations ? I have heard the M&S sports bra is good – the zip at the front however i am not sure what to get as this is done on cup size…i wont know the cup size until 6 weeks so what have you girls done with this? My surgery is on Thursday! So need to get it soon!

    Thanks everyone!xx

    Hi!

I have two from M&S, the high impact zip front ones in Black and Purple. The Shock Absorber Ultimate Run i think it’s called is meant to be fab, and I also have one from Asda which was only £8 which I am going to use towards the end of recovery.
My surgeon gave me a rough idea of what cup size I may be so I have bought 36E, 36F and also 38E for the swelling….I have kept all receipts and tags etc incase I end up bigger (hope not though!!). The ASDA one is a Medium and that seems roomy.
    My surgery is on Tuesday!

Hey babe, the MaCom bras are fantastic, I’m wearing mine now 🙂 You also get discount as well off MYA they should give you a discount code to enter which brings the cost down to 31 quid I think which is fab 10% off or 15% can’t remember, and best thing about MaCom is it goes by back size not cup size you can get 32 34 36 38 :)! I’m gonna add you now hope you’re ok 🙂 The M&S ones are meant to be fab too!! I’ve heard they do a pack of 2 one black one white 🙂 xxxx

I tried loads of different sports bra they wear all weak in strength up against this none of them could beat this little gem (This Shock Absorber sports run bra has been created especially for running, with an enhanced support system to target excessive breast movement and featuring seam-free and concealed elastic to reduce rubbing and chafing. This Shock Absorber running bra has been proven to reduce breast bounce by up to 78% ) dose wot it’s says on the tin I’ve used this will all my 3 ops x

They comfy don’t get me wrong but the whole point to sports bras are they are meant to be strong and able to keep your breast implants in place and hold them up off your scarring so it can heal up and them af that the bra helps them to drop n settle in to place xx

I seen Mr Singh today and he said best thing is to get measured as strapping is enough then my PC said to get something and the with me just incase I feel different so going with what my PC said. Just having to decide.
