Pre op bloods

I went for my pre op a week ago but she didnt take any bloods? Does anyone know why she didnt? Did anyone else not have their bloods done at the pre op? And do they take my bloods on my op day instead?

I never had bloods taken either. When I asked why the nurse told me as I was young fit and healthy there was no need.

I think they check your blood if you have low blood pressure etc 🙂 xx
