PRESTON sat 21st dec admission time

Hello ladies anyone at Preston hospital this Saturday? If so have you got your admission times yet? Also how do we recieve this is it via email? Thank you

How far in advance do people usually get them?

Anyway after my one sentence I said I was hoping someone on here would tell us how far in advance they found out, and also I hope I am the first in on sat, lay in bed on a night thinking about being laid on that surgical table! Ok so over a week before then, how do you find out email or phone call? Does the hospital let you know or MYA hun? Thank you xx

My pc let me know by phone and confirmed by email, the hospital does the surgery list for times no later (apparently) than the Monday before your op so I’d call mya and ask for time xxx

Ohh yey Tanya glad iv found a boobie friend!! I’m going to call them tomorrow so I’ll let you girls know if they give me a time! I have well and truly run out of the pampers now scurrying out of bed every 5 mins with turtles head! It’s getting close now ladies but just think this time next week all the worrying will be over, my nervous system is going mad! Xx

ohhhhhhh fuck 4 sleeps really?!!! well scared now……. @pinkfly7 they wont do your op if your ill coz your immune system is already working to fight infection which means you cant have general….. get loads of drugs down you mate between now and then, iv been taking paracetamol just to try and stop anything from coming! xx

@pinkfly7. Your chest needs to be clear so they will listen to that make sure no infection. But ive seen on here girls have had a ba done if they have just had a lil sniffle xxx

Hi Im having mine on Sat 21st at Preston too!!! I was told that i would find out my admission time 2 or 3 days before so hoping they will call me tomorrow!

I got my admission time today @laura and my op is Friday, don’t panic, just contact your PC, im sure she will be happy to find out for you if your worried. xx

Ladies spoke with pc today,first trust hospital haven’t given them any admission times as of yet. Has anybody else been told yet of there time xxx

Im at preston in 6 weeks overnight case.

Do you get early admission for day case and late admission for overnight case?

Hi Laura,
Not to sure hun. It could just be in name order. I was a day case my admission time was 1130 in the end but didn’t go down till about 2ish. There was no rush to leave the hospital at all, but by 8ish I wanted to go hehe. The staff there are really lovely.
