Prickly heat rash?

Hi I’m a week post op tomorrow and have just noticed like a prickly heat rash on my stomach?? Has anyone else had this? Should I just take an allergy tablet?? D

Could just be your body reacting to them, but when a rash is concerned I like to get a doc or nurse to check it out just in case
