Take a pillow! my only way of getting home after my op on Tuesday is by national express but I have spoken to other girls who say just take a pillow and hold it in front of you to stop you getting bumped. May get some awkward looks but at least you know they are protected 🙂 x

Hi , thanks for replays I was really meaning in the weeks after the opp as my nurse told me I shouldn’t travel n public transport for about 3 to 4 weeks after operation in case of getting knocked ect but I use the bus to get to and from work so this would be quite awkward has any one else been told this ?
