Question for post op ladies

I’m full of questions atm!! So, I’m trying to minimise how much more I spend on getting my boobs done but I know all the extras cost money (pillow, creams etc). So how many sports bras would you recommend getting for recovery. Don’t want to spend loads on them as I know my boobs will grow (having unders). I’m Deffo getting a Macom, but how many more should I buy? And any good brands with good support for just after surgery? Xx

@leannekelsall hi Hun I just had my Macon and a high impact sports bra theirs no point buying to many soon as u hit 6weeks u will be straight to the bra shops 🙂 I just wear a comfy sports bra to bed that’s about it x

Did you need to wash yours everyday when you were healing Hun? Where’s your other sports bra from? Xx

I bought 2 macom a and wash them after each use. I’ve got an asda post op bra also, but rarely use it as it’s not got as much support. May use later ☺️

I asked my nurse and she said their was no need to wash it every day so just done it every other day x

hey I am having unders aswell how much more do they grow are they smaller at first then go bigger in time? xxx

Sports direct do really good sports bras and they have a big sale online at the moment at like £3.50 per bra! I had a Macom and about 3 sports bras and just alternated round when I was washing them – or on days when I was feeling a bit sore I used my Macom as they are so fitting. I wore the same one day and night, then washed it just to help reduce any bacteria build up around the scars once my strapping was off. xx
