Re aug yesterday how rude are high gate staff

I had a re aug yesterday at high gate and there were complications instead of being under for 40 mins I was under for 2 hours after the staff there are so rude and unhelpful it was untrue! Fiztroy is such a nicer place
Did anybody else find the staff at high gate rude and just totally unhelpful ? I cudnt move my arms asked them to help me pour my coffee and she said you need to move and do it yourself after she was chomping in chewing gum. This morning I was told they needed my room and was told to get up and get myself dressed if I wasn’t off my head on morphine I would have said something to them just glad I’m home and so wouldn’t recommend highgate if you get a choice go for fiztroy much nicer and the staff are so helpfull

Thats a real shame, i am 19 days post op and i had a fantastic experience at Highgate, i stayed overnight and all of the staff were so lovely, was like staying in a nice hotel

Fiztroy is so much nicer wasn’t all staff just a couple of them which is a shame cause the rest were lovely

I was there the same day as Kerry I found the place amazing my nurse was a gem and really looked after me I felt in very safe hands x
