Oooooh Hun, I was the same. Had to use syrup of figs to get things moving again! Take it before bed, hopefully you will be ok in the morning. Not nice is it Hun?! X

Yeah not nice at all and the last thing u need when ur already sore with boobs! Plus its my time of the month! Its all come at once haha. Looking forward to the discomfort going. My little boy keeps wanting cuddles off me and asking me to bath him not his dad so he’s crying for me :/ which in turn is getting py partner vexed. Eeesh wish I was back in the nice quiet hospital! X

Omg i had this soo bad!!
I literally didnt go for like almost 4 days… senokot didnt work for me.. not straight away anyway.
I took 3 days worth of it, lots and lots of water, and finally went.
It was horrible i felt so bloated… hope you’re sorted soon, the whole boob experience is incredibly uncomfortable lol xxx

they don’t work instantly and usually take a couple or few doses to work, they don’t make you explosive so don’t worry, they will allow you to go the toilet rather than make you go, so when you feel you need to they will make it so you can, its unlikely you’ll be runing desperatly to the toilet. take them any time, sooner you take them the sooner you can feel better, remember to drink loads of fluids aswell and when you feel up to it to move about as it will help move things along aswell x

Suffered myself not long ago due to strong painkillers I was on. Most uncomfortable feeling ever. As suggested, drink plenty of fluids and take the solution at night time so it works through your body while you sleep. It may take a couple of days but persevere, it’ll be worth it!!
