Really need help with what shape to go with

Hi girls
Would really love some help in what shape implant to go with either teardrop or round? I am a very small 32a at the moment and aiming to achieve a 32c or small d. I want them to look as natural as possible. Would love to see some photos so the size and type you have all gone for so feel free to add me as I am new to this! I’m a size 6/8 and weigh 54kg

Just had mine done today, 400cc HP partially under the muscle. Mine are round, I’ve been told by quite a lot of people that a lot of surgeons don’t like to use the teardrop ones because if it moves you’ll need a reop to correct it whereas round won’t change! Xx

I have read on a lot of pages that the tear drop shape can move which is definitely what I don’t want to happen so I think I will be going with the round. What size were you before and what size are you now if you don’t mind me asking. I just want to be natural and really don’t want them to look too fake! Also what does HP mean I have my surgeon appointment tomorrow so not sure what High profile means yet

Hi Jessica I’m about the same stats as you, 32a and only size 6/8 and weight about 53kg I’m hoping to go about either 250cc 275cc or 300cc my op is two weeks tomorrow so I can keep you posted Hun :), xx

@tiffanyl0912 Thank you Tiffany yes we are about the same would love to follow you and know what size you end up choosing hope you don’t mind the add. What size bra are you aiming to be? I think the surgeon will make me stop being so nervous tomorrow as I haven’t even seen him yet to know what sizes there are! x

No probs hunni I’ll accept in a second! I was a 32a/b in padding. I’ve added a pic! Can’t add a proper new pic as of yet as I’m in bandages and only had them done today! The profile is how far it sticks out, so moderate (quite flat like a pancake) up to ultra HP which stick out the most and are the narrowest at the base. I wouldn’t bother trying to choose which one you’d prefer because your surgeon will decide what will look best! I thought I wanted tear drop before I went for my first consultation because I want them natural but there isn’t a specific formula on what to have to look natural, it all depends on how much tissue you have, how wide you are, how close together your boobs are etc etc so don’t get bogged down with it as it’s the surgeons job to decide 🙂 go with an open mind and take some photos of what you like, and some photos of what you don’t like because just saying a size to somebody doesn’t describe it very well. One persons C cup could look different to another’s. Xx

They look so pointy hahaha! I promise they don’t stay like this thought, can’t wait to drop and fluff!! I’m a 6-8 too and about 54/55kg, 5 foot 4. So quite similar xx

Totally agree with Sophie on this one …. Go with an open mind I’ve been researching for ages and it’s so different for each person even if they are similar stats their implants could be so different as we all start off with completely different shapes and sizes not only our breasts but our body shape as a whole

Yeah exactly. If you with a certain profile or cc in mind you might be disappointed but have the op n be bigger than you expected! There’s no knowing what you’ll end up but if your surgeon knows what you want they’ll get really close!!

Haha they’re quite tight but not painful but they look hilarious from the side, pointed but droopy on the ends!! It’s like there’s loads of implant at the top but none at the bottom xx

What the surgery really bad am very scared I might feel something ever though i’ll be asleep!?

How long until you go back to see the nurse to get you bandages of?

Does it hurt? How was the being put to sleep bit I’m so so scared of needles and get nervous so easy I’m really scared :(, but honestly they look really good Sophie, bet you can’t wait for them to like drop and fluff and stuff :), xxx

Honestly, I was so worried about the sedation I was convinced I’ll wake up and feel it etc tbh I was terrified of what it will feel like going under!!! Never had an op before so was scared! But seriously they put the canular thing in my hand so just like an injection which is NOTHING, then I saw her put some clear gel in it then I was in a wheelchair in my room!! They monitor you so much that they’ll know if you’re going to wake up before you do! It’s honestly nothing to worry about at all I was so silly about it!
And I got patiala that are meant to hurt more than overs n my armpits feel like I’ve pulled a muscle a bit big that’s it, just need to remember to move my arms otherwise it aches a bit. Can’t feel incisions at all!
God knows what size I’ll be but Mr K laughed n said they’re going to be big because I’m so small! Haha xx

Yeh that’s what I keep thinking, will it hurt? What happens if I wake up I keep thinking all negative rather than when I do come around I’ll have amazing boobs lol, xx

I’d do it all again in a heartbeat! The absolute worst bit is waiting to go down to theatre ha! You won’t wake up don’t worry about that. Got bandages off on Friday 🙂 xx

Hi I had round implants but went with a mod plus profile which makes them look very natural! X

I am a bit taller than you, but had 280cc unders, and I chose anatomical (teardrop) shaped implants. As they are not circular or symmetrical like rounds are then obviously if they move they will look really weird, and you might need corrective surgery. However, the surface of teardrops are textured so the scar tissue forms around them so they dont move and once theyve setlled theyll just stay there. Like the other girls said, just trust your surgeon. They really do know what they’re doing. I have gone from a 32aa to a full 32c and I think my boobs look great (I am 4 and a half weeks post op). My ps suggested teardrops cause I had such little breast tissue before that rounds would look too fake on me, and I really wanted to make sure I got a natural result. Everyone who has seen my boobs cant believe how natural they look. Just go to your consultation with an open mind hun, itll be fine 🙂 xxx

@Jessica I’m in the same boat as you decision wise-wanting the natural look but not sure how to achieve it just yet but was aiming for teardrop till now. And @sophie you’ve given such good advice in response so hope you don’t mind the add ladies, hoping for an op next year so could really use all the help I can get! X

@Kipcy don’t mind the add at all. I keep meaning to upload photos but if I do it from my phone they are always upside down! I am ecstatic with my results as my boobs look SO natural. I am 7 weeks post op now and they are getting so lovely and jiggly. What are your stats? I highly recommend teardrop, i know they aren’t for everyone, but for me where I had little breast tissue and wanted natural looking boobs they were the only real option and I just love them so much – best thing I’ve ever done. I had to show constraint when chosing size because it’s so easy to just say sod it I’m going bigger, but actually my pert natural c cups are bloody perfect for my body

@belledh Thanxx for the add-Can’t wait for your photos!:) I’m 5″2 size 8 and hoping to try and get away with only my sis and bf knowing:/ so really needing it to be as natural as poss. Slightly worried bout ppl saying they move around tho but I suppose the more research I do the better. Also, very good to hear yours went so well! x
