    Hi lovely ladies.
Hope you are all healing well/getting excited for opp day!

I have been really lazy with using any sort of creams on my incisions and now at 10 weeks post opp i think i should probably start as they still seem really red to me..
Anybody reccomend anything that actually works? Got a few holidays coming up and really hoping to get them as invisable as poss (obviously know it doesnt happen over night) But all in all, they actually do not bother me THAT much.

Hi Hun I have the vitamin E cream from the body shop and mine are not that red and nearly gone 🙂 I’m 8WPO Wednesday. Don’t forget you have to cover up your incisions upto a year when going on sunbeds and also on holidays 🙂 I only know as I asked my nurse the other day xxxx

I have bought some dermatix silicone gel and the silicone that u put on. Google it, it has rave reviews and came out tops in some trials x

My surgeon recommends Kelo-Cote gel and also Dermatix gel but they can be pricey. I bought my Kelo-Cote from livingbetterwith.com for £20 which is about £10 less than what Boots charge to order it in.
Coconut oil is also good to use and is what I had been using before the Kelo-Cote.
