Receipt for deposit

Hi girls, I’ve paid my £500 deposit and my pc said she’d send a receipt, I’ve received a confirmation letter for my surgery date, but is that what they class as a receipt? :s xx

I’ve been sent all my receipts as emails rather than by post which has been good xx

I never got any receipts I’m gonna chase them up 6 weeks post op not happy will be having words x

iasked for one, apparently they dont write them anymore, I asked the receptionist and she emailed me all mine xx

@JennaLouise I actually didn’t get a receipt to. I been so busy it has only come to me now I was never issued one from when I paid my deposit. I will certainly be asking for one. However, when I’ve asked about my balance to double check they are on same page as me, they are so definetly no dodge behavior there.

I be expecting a receipt of total payment when i go to pay the rest in 2 weeks time.

I got my receipt in the post along with the op date letter 2 days after paying my deposit? Why can’t we all get treated the same????

So some people have had receipts then and some haven’t?! My mom’s mad cause they haven’t sent a proper receipt just the confirmation, that’s why I thought I would double check. And yeah you’re right @vicky why can’t we get treated the same?! Hmmm bit bizarre lol. Thanks girls xx

Ah ok thank you! Thought this would be the case, just my mom thinks its a lot of money were paying but not getting a receipt to prove we’ve paid it haha. She’s stressing more than me xx
