Recoving with small children

How did you ladies all find recovory with small children and not much help my youngest will be just under two and hes dad works anyway im hoping to be ablw to book op for when hes home so for the first 3/4 days after op shouldnt be a problwm but after that ill bw pretty much on my own with thw odd few hours help here and there xx

I’ve just had my op yesterday and I have 3 children. I’m lucky my partner is off for 2 weeks. At the moment I can’t do a lot to help at home and don’t think I could cope alone after just 3 or 4 days. Are you having yours under the muscle? X

Aw thanks Hun I’m hoping he’s able to take a bit more time off but if not it will mainly be down to me although My mum and nana willl help out when they could I’m not to sure yet haven’t got my first consultation till 21st off April from what I’d read tho I think I’d prefer under the muscle although I’ve read recovery is longer that way how was your op and how are you feeling now did you go over or under muscle Hun sorry for all the questions just trying to get a lot off info xx

Don’t worry about the questions it’s fine. I went for under the muscle. The whole procedure was much better than I expected. I am sore now though and can’t move my arms a lot. My baby is 11 months old and I can’t do anything for him so it’s tough. Very happy with my results though and no regrets. X

Aw great I’m glad it all went good that’s what I’m more bothered about is not being able to do much for my nearly 2 year old he’s such a mummies boy as they say tho no pain no gain I can’t wait after 3 kids my boobs are awful xx

The results are totally worth it! Do you have any idea on size?

I recovered with two a baby and a toddler and I did it on my own as my boyfriend worked away. I kept them both in nursery so it was only mainly at night. He did help and I had help off my mum so I wasn’t alone, however the weekend I had it done the first one was the worst. It’s not so much bein able to not hold them cause you can, you are just scared of damaging your results! And also you just wana chill and sleep with the pain relief etc. It’s only the first week I found hardest (and it wasn’t even that bad) x don’t worry we are mummies we always find a way! You will be fine xxxxx
