refund

Hey ladies.. Seem to be having a few issues with mya. My sugery is on 16th may.. But im seriously considering cancelling. I have paid full balance and wonder if anyone knows were i stand re a refund?

A few reasons hun. Mainly there customer relations is rubbish.. Never getting back to me.. Im having to ring them to chase stuff up.. I was due to see my surgeon on mond.. And they rang thurs to say he had cancelled and could i go to liverpool or newcastle! Well no i dnt drive i work and have 2 kids.. So now im going to manchester today to see him! On my own.. Which i had to keep ringing about travel arrangements etc. Also before my pre op with nurse..they askd me to get a letter from my gp re something..well firstly i shouldnt have to b chasing up my own medical history notes.. Now the gp surgery wana charge me 30 pound for this letter! Mya said they would look into in n get back to me…surprise they didnt! So when i called them abt it they say il have to pay it..no way i am. So i askd if there was a disclaimer i cud sign to say i would go ahead without it.. As its for a medical thing that happend once when i was 12.. Im now 28!!..yep we will get bak to u etc as surgeon msy not allow op. So i asked they could ring me before i trapes all way to manch…. Yep u guessed it.. No call back. Its making me worry abt poss aftercare issues if i cant even get the pre op care i need/want.xx

Complain about it today the manager is usually about at manchester clinic somewhere and ask to speak to a pc after the surgeon. (i know yours wont be there) but somebody else will be to discuss it. Dont give up on your dreams for a lazy receptionist. X

Poor you, seems to have been one thing after another for you and these bloody boobs, no wonder you’re having second thoughts I’d be the same. However you have an app today and if they sorted out the transport you may as well go. Make sure you speak to someone senior, not just a pc and tell them you’re concerned and why. Mya seem to have shit or no after care at all, I’ve read so many stories on here of unhappy girls you’re not alone but it’s not right. As for the gp letter, if you signed a form with your deposit etc in the small print there prob would of been something to say you would need to cover any additional costs and gp letter would of been there. I had to pay for a letter from gp and like you it was something from years ago but it’s better to be safe than sorry I guess. See how you feel after today, good luck….xxx ps I went with the hospital group they’ve been brilliant my pc keeps ringing me!!

Thanx girls. Im going to go n see the surgeon today and i will defo try and speak to someone more senior about these issues. Leigh i paidal the money over the phone so have had no letters or anything to sign.. Im pretty bummed about it all tbh.arghh.x and to make matters worse.. The fact i have had to come of my pill for this op. I was sick 4 times and migraine last night..hormonal migraines are the worst.. And im dreading being off the pill its guna keep happening.x

Just think of your new fab boobies and how much they will be worth all this hassle. You will appreciate them all the more I’m sure. I know it’s hard right now but don’t lose focus, in the grand scheme of things a few weeks/months of grief is nothing. Thinking of you today, fingers crossed for you….x oh and keep smiling!!!

Will do hun. Iv just spoken to the clinic manager and it turns out that after the day ya see your surgeon you get a 7 day cooling off and if i decide to not want it i get money back! .. But it also turns out tht im still going to have to go to the leeds clinic on mon aswell as manch today to try on sizes as the train tickets theyv booked me dont give me time to do tht in manch!.arghh x

Majorly upset. Loved mr mounir. And loved my consultation.. But he found a limp in my armpit! So wont do it til all clear. Im due surgery in less than 2 wks. Think its time i succumd to fate after 8 yrs of trying and something always coming up.. Not destined to have them.x

Oh no you poor thing. Definitely is one thing after another. Least your app went well. My friend went with Harley, she had a lump but the surgeon was able to remove it on day of surgery at an extra cost as it was nothing serious. Do you need to try on Sizers? Don’t think the hospital group do that as I was never asked, I just wanted the biggest I could. Bit rubbish there isn’t a clinic local to you. I was lucky, my local clinic was 20 mins away and had to travel just over 2 hours away for my surgery. Hang in there and hope the lump is nothing to worry about…xxx

The clinic is 20 mins from me..but he cancelled there and made me go to manch today. He gave me options of 310/345/375/400 he could of put 420 for my sizes etc but he thought that might b too big. No i havent done bra size test as they didnt fit in enough time so i have to go to my clinic wed to decide x
