Has anyone had PIP implants and had them replaced with MYA or just had their implants replaced? Is the recover longer and is it more painful?

Hey hun, joanna is right i had my old pips replaced with uplift in march with mya. Wudnt say it was any more painful than the first op even tho it was an uplift as well, recovery prob longer as i cudnt do certain stuff, but if u need it doin id say go for it cos i had terrible chest pains and other weird illnesses for over a year before i had the pips removed and now the pains have eased and im feeling healthier, so im certain there was an association in my personal opinion despite what some reports say otherwise. Mattress filling can not be good for your health full stop xx

So glad it’s not just me. Had random illnesses for about a year and been sooooo tired. Found out one PIP has ruptured. Going for a consult tomorrow so wish me luck!
