Request for call back from MYA

I requested a call back from MYA on the website to book my first consultation with them earlier today. I have not heard from them at all, no emails or calls. I read on the forum that some of the girls on here got a call back within 10 minutes or so. I’m really disappointed because I was so lookin forward to getting a date for my consultation. Anyone know if their systems down? xx

I’ll try that again if I don’t hear from them. I tried to ring as well but it kept saying all reps are busy, call back later. I hope their service isn’t bad as I’ve been through enough w.ith the hospital group being unorganised xx

Their website was playing up all yesterday (for me anyway) so they prob didn’t receive it hun…. I’ve found their service to be great it’s all happened so fast, 1st consultation a week after my callback & booked in already for 1st april xxx

The phone line was down today hun, it says it on their Instagram page, try mailing them 🙂 x

The front of house team are excellent when I did my request it wasn’t even 5 minutes before they rang me and this was at like 7 pm and had my consultation at 12 the next day

Omg that’s exactly what happened to me, kept refreshing and says no server every time I replied (well tried) to threads and Dm. I mailed them now waiting to hear from them xx

Girls got my firat consultation booked on 6th march……omg so nervous, cant believe I’m going ahead with this xx
