Rhino question – exercise

Hi everyone,

What is the earliest we can leave it before going back to the gym? I’m just over four weeks post op and absolutely itching to do some exercise again! It’s driving me mad! x

Yep I heard 6 weeks too. Gonna kill me not to do any exercise. Reckon you could powerwalk?!

I went on a couple of walks, but when I started I quickly realised that I couldn’t really power walk as I could feel the blood pounding in my nose. Even now at 9 weeks po if I do some exercise I have to be really careful as I end up very light headed and dizzy quite quickly. Just start of small but its not recommended for at least 6 weeks x x x
