Rhinoplasty help !!

Hey girls, I’m having my op on sunday.. was just wondering whether there is anything I need to after my surgery… I’ve heard arnica cream is good… if you have used it has it been worthwhile? Is there anything else that speeds up the recovery? Also I am staying in hospital overnight… is there anything i need to take with me?

Hi Holly, don’t worry its honestly not bad. I had no pain at all, didn’t even take any painkillers! He’s done an amazing job with my nose if you have a look at my before and after pictures.
