ripping inside ??

worryin again but, I had partials and I’m 12 weeks post op, sometimes when I laugh or cough my left boob feels like it’s ripping inside? it doesn’t hurt but defintly doesn’t feel right? I have an appoinment to see my surgeon in a couple of weeks anyway but I just wanted to know if any1 else get this? x
