Saw some other posts but wanted to start one of my own. Everything’s been fine apart from some nipple sensitivity and today I’ve discoverers well tonight, my left is rippled/dented I can feel it on surface of skin I lie here crying as I write this it doesn’t hurt can only physically feel it can’t see it. Can this correct itself? Do I ring consultant and ask to be seen? Im so scared about needing a re op and have just got back from Rome so scared I’ve messed up my chances with after care. I know it’s happened tonight as I feel them all the time and have just noticed it. I need some words of reassurance i feel physically sick to my stomach im so upset xx

Ahh babe don’t panic, as missy said it may never become visible, just keep fingers crossed and hope it doesn’t .. What causes ripplin anyway? I’ve been completely pain free and had mine yesterday at 14.10 .. Just woke up at 5am and first pain I’ve felt but had more pin killers and it’s easing now xx don’t let it get you down they still look fab! X

I literally feel your pain on this one I’m only two weeks po and have got rippling 🙁 it’s completely crushing I wrote a post yesterday saying how down it had got me you hear about it being a risk but never think it will happen to you.. I don’t think there’s anything you can do about it but if it’s not visible then I really would try be positive babe at least you got boobies now I’m in the same boat if that helps lol xx 🙁

Hey babe hey can’t do anything about rippling I’m afraid as I already asked if it ever happened to mine . They say it’s in the contract that it could happen one of the affects of a BA. It’s sometimes when it goes over the muscle as the muscle isn’t covering it so then rippling can happen more and also when you have such a big implant I have no clue really why it happens but I couldn’t go bigger as they said mine would defo ripple and I asked to go over the muscle and they said my rippling would be very visable so no . As long as you can’t see it babe then don’t worry about it !!! Xxx

Hey girls thanks for all your kind words it makes me feel a lot better that it seems to not be an actual class A “risk” atleast to my health – me and boyfriend felt them last night after my scare and he says it hasn’t rippled and feels normal. It isn’t cisible and its in the crease of my boob/underboob, I’ve looked it up only and it says almost every girl will have some degree of rippling in the crease in the implant, apparently it’s extremely common, I will definitely book a nurse appt cos I just want to be checked up anyway, but I think I’m overreacting.
Having implants is like having children and it’s sure been a draining process for me and recovery, I may be happy and fit and healthy but I’m at constant concious worry that something’s going to happen and it’s really exhausted me. Im getting upset at the littlest of things. I love them to pieces and would hate something to happen to them.. When I feel it myself now, I feel like I can feel something there but can’t see anything in mirror so im not going to get down about it. Just see the nurse and see what she says 🙂 Thank you so much I’ll keep you all updated xxxxxxx
