Rippling!!??? :(

So I had a 525 and a 560 to even out my wonky boob about 3 months ago and they look perfect I couldn’t be more thrilled but over the last few days in the boob with the bigger implant I can feel on the inside rippling although can’t see it yet!
Seeing the nurse this week so hopeful she will tell me its fine but worrying and hoping I won’t be told oh you have to go smaller lol!
Anyone had rippling? xx
