So guys my right boob has still not healed, it’s still hard 🙁 I now have rippling on my left boob and I can now feel my right boob starting to ripple. I can also feel the implant really bad, anybody else have this?? Will they re-operate because of the rippling?xx

Rippling is when the implant ripples and you can feel it, when I lean forward you can see it 🙁

I think you can prevent it from having unders rather than overs, I don’t think it will go away?? I’m gonna call MYA tomorrow and speak to them 🙂 xx

That’s good news @jasmine. Glad yours are getting better xx I had my 6 week check and my right is still not healed enough for me to wear a bra or go to the gym. It still looks odd against my left which has healed perfectly. But the rippling is quite bad on the left and now starting to show on my right 🙁 I’m hoping they will re-op after paying all that money I want them to be right xx

I am sure they will offer, ive just googled it and a few threads from girls who have had reops because of rippling have come up so I am sure they should offer to you hun and Dr Singh is very nice I cant imagine him refusing you if you are unhappy and there is rippling. Oh its so annoying isnt it, I have no idea what bra size I am atm because im still wearing a big frumpy sports bra and ive gained so much weight! I really want to hit gym again but have been told I have to wait

Oh no, I hope they can re-op for you? What size implant did you have and what size were you before? I’m having overs which I’m worried about because most people seem to have unders :/ x

Hey hun actually i dont think they cover the cost for rippling as i asked it like hundred times to both pc and girls on here. Their answer was that its something surgeons cant be blamed for; as we do know the risk of getting them if we do get big implants, thats why sometimes the advice of going with bigger ccs doesnt help at all. The only way to get rid of them is either you put on weight or have a reop but then youll need to go smaller cc! but still you might wanna visit your surgeon to see what he says 🙂

Hey hun. So sorry to hear that, I have really bad rippling in my cleavage on both implants but worse on my right (which is weird as that was a smaller implant than the left!!). Both my implants were fairly small do shocked that I have it and was told at the beginning that they will not do a re op for it, that is why I went for such a small implant. Gutted! Anyways, am gnna eat my way through it. Lol. Hope they can help you out!! Xx

Wow, and that’s me thinking to change mine from Unders to overs because I can’t get used to the weird feeling when I swim and exercise and also wanted them bigger. We women are never happy!
So maybe I’ll re-think and calm down with having the overs … Rippling isn’t nice to have:(
It doesn’t just go away… And I’m not sure they will re-op for free as it’s not a complication but a normal result of the op.

Just google imaged rippling and actually guess mine isn’t as bad as it could be. Just gnna try and gain a few pounds to see if that helps. Either way, I would rather crinkled boobs than my old ‘no-boobs’. Gnna try and convince myself that it gives them character! Lol xx

Rippling is one of many other risks to breast augmentations, theres pros and cons to every surgery whether cosmetic or non cosmetic.. And to a certain exstent almost all girls who have best augmentation will experience some sort of rippling whether visible or not, it is not a risk to your health and depends how much it bothers you..
Rippling occurrs when the skin around the implant thins out inwhich it expands and stretchs. Every individual is different as they have different elasticity with skin some may have softer skin than others that easily stretch, you can prevent rippling yes by placement of implant but not always Garunteed perhaps a 20% less chance of rippling than if placement put over the muscles. Fat transfer Is an option also
