Risks of double crease & rippling??

Hi. I have my surgery booked in for 16th march. I met my surgeon 2day, mr mounir. He was lovely. Im currently a 30A with not much muscle or breast tissue. Im hoping to achieve a D cup.
Mr mounir offered me 325, 350, 375 & 400 but said he wouldn’t risk the 400. I tried on the sizers & I liked 375 best.
I really want the 375 but he has advised to go over the muscle cos if I go under im at high risk of a double crease! But if I go over I have a small risk of getting the rippling. Really unsure what to do.
Has anyone else similar had this happen? Or anyone been at risk of this, if so what was your outcome? X

I’m a 34aa and my surgeon offered me 325/350/375cc UHP unders, he game me no choice to have overs or unders, I’m literally flat right now and I’m hoping for a d/dd xx

Hi Tyler. They are good sizes u got offered too. Did ur surgeon mention anything about risks of rippling or double crease/bottoming out if u went for the larger size? Xx

Yeah 🙂 ive chosen the 375cc as all the girls say on here to pick the biggest that the surgeon offers you as when you get boob greed you’ll regret not going that little bigger when you could of 🙂 yes he explained all that to me, that’s why he wouldn’t let me push for any bigger as I’ll be at a risk xx

Hi rach I had 400cc uhp unders from a 32aa Mr singh said I would have rippling and it’s nothing a push up bra wouldn’t fix I am 5 weeks post op today and yes there is showing rippling sometimes by the cleavage and to the side boob but only when I bend over its noticeable by touch you can’t visually see it hope this helps I think with slightly bigger implants it does run a risk it just depends on how you can cope with little faults, also a friend of mine had the same as me many years ago and she said after around a year the rippling disappeared xxx

@tyler. Yeah i really want the bigger size to achieve the D cup im wanting. Has ur surgeon said u have the risk with the 375 too? Xx

@kelly. Oh thats good to know that it can dissapear then. Im just really worried cos ive seen on google some bad rippling. Wudnt be too bothered if its just a small amount n not really noticable. U say u had unders but ive been offered overs so I may have even more chance of rippling. Im thinking maybe I should go for the 350 Instead of 375 to reduce the risk, but theres not much difference between them sizes is there.
Do u have any pica of the rippling hun? Just so I can get an idea of how it could look? Xxx

Yeah I have the same Kelly but me singh didn’t tell me. And I’m not really happy feeling the rippling. May not see it but it’s not the point.

He said there’s risks to any size implant I have, obviously the bigger I go the greater the risk but 375cc isn’t too big so I’m hoping it doesn’t ripple, and if it does im hoping it’s not much and not that noticable xx

@tyler. Yeah sounds like ur in the same situation as me then. He told me that if it does happen he can try to fix it but its not always doable.

I had implants which was 300cc left 340cc right and there wasn’t nothing wrong at all with them. I just wanted bigger i now have 700cc.
