round, tear drop or oval?

What have you had an what look did you receive? Im looking for s natural look at DD. Have seen a lot of girls going for round but sometomes looking to fake, havent seen oval or tear drop yet advice xxx

The vast majority of the MYA Dr’s prefer to use round as teardrops have the added risk of rotation, when this occurs you are left with a distorted breast. Once everything has dropped and settled the round implants filling actually sits very similar to a tear drop but still allows for rotation with a normal looking result ( see linked pic) the *fake look* is more to do with how your body takes implants, size and projection for your frame. http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z302/mpaninop/dropfluff.jpg

Yeah I was so sure i didnt want round implants before i joined this forum however looking at all the girls photos and knowing they have round I have changed my mind! The round eventually drop and look so natural! xxx
