Rubbing incisions? And 10DPO pics, different sized implants :)

Ok so i know girls say that its normal for incisions to burn but I’m SURE its my incisions rubbing on my sports bra!? i have a wireless bra that isn’t a high impact but doesn’t rub as much??? can anyone offer advice 🙂
also this is an updated pic of 10days PO with 175cc one side 325cc the other incase girls with different sized implants are worried mine look fine!

I had this last week after the took my dressing off. It was so painful I rang the clinic in the end. They said it was a normal part of the healing but also to put something between my bra and incision to stop it rubbing. I just used a small sock rolled up. (Clean one obviously lol) hope u feel better xx
