Hi ladies, I’m due to have my op on the 1st Feb……excited muchly!!! Just wondering if any of you are keen runners? I currently run 4-5 times a week, having 8 weeks off is going to kill me!
Did you wait the full 8 weeks and how did it feel when you went for your first run post op? Can you recommend a certain bra to train in?
    Thanks in advance. Xx

Hey. I’m also a runner and was told that even though I can go back to the gym at 6WPO, I’m not allowed to do any upper body exercise or running until I’m 3MPO! I had unders so if you’re having overs then this might be different.

Oh no! I’m a massive runner and this is devastating. Has anyone tried weights/HIIT or other cardio and found it ok/painful etc…dreading not being able to exercise properly for 6 weeks. I’m going to have to try and walk loads to make sure I don’t go crazy xx

Oh no, not what I wanted to hear 🙁 I’m also having unders! My surgeon did say 8 weeks but maybe I’ll have to wait longer! I’m not going to big, 315 teardrops so hopefully they won’t get in the way too much!! Xx
