Saggy/droopy nipples after breastfeeding & small empty boobs – HELP :(

Hi everyone, I am new here and after some advice/help…
I’ve always had small boobs and always considered a breast enlargement but after having 2 children and breastfeeding them both I am left with empty boobs and ruinied nipples…. My question is, Would a breast enlargement sort this out? I am so unhappy with them :'(

I used to have huge boobs but then lost 3 stone and had baby/breastfed so i also had empty sacks, breastfeeding also made my nipples seem a weird shape to me but I had implants only and im in love with them, and it does seem to have made my nipples normal too which i found weird haha but defo get a consultation ? x

Yeah I guess a consultation is what I need, they’re just so embarrassing and I am scared, eeek!

Hi Natalie, I was exactly the same, small boobs, always wanted a breast enlargement and I also breastfed my 2 children. I was left with droopy empty boobs that really got me down and I actually felt embarrassed when I was topless around my husband so I decided to go for it and had my surgery 11 days ago. I only had an enlargement but the surgeon said I’ll need an uplift within a few years. There’s some before and after pics on my profile if you want to have a look. They have a lot of changing to do and look a bit of a funny shape at the moment but I’m so glad I did it and wish I could have done it sooner. I think you ought to book a consultation and at least you can speak to a surgeon about your concerns and see what could be done for you xx

Yes I am an A cup. I am hoping that if I had a breast enlargement they would fill the skin out enough so that my nipples dont droop… My upper breasts are just empty too 🙁 I feel so selfish for wanting it done but it’s for myself – my partner is happy but I’m not – I don’t let him touch my boobs!!

It’s really like I just wrote your last post, my hubby loves me also not sure how I will look with boobs as I’ve never had any I don’t think he wants me to ‘change’ however he knows how unhappy I am so he is supportive. I will let you know how I get on at the surgeon consultation I’m hoping the same that with a large enough implant I will just re fill the volume I lost and my nips will go back to being perky . I notice mine get better before a period I know too much info but I think just that extra boost they fill already so I’m hopeful. I have stretch marks too they have faded and don’t bother me much I just feel like I’m the worst candidate and I’m desperate for them to help me. I am always message you after Wednesday and let you know what was said.?? What size are you looking to go for ? I’ve found this forum so helpful everyone is so friendly.

I know what you mean about feeling selfish I’ve never spent this much on myself and I have two horses so I feel guilty i won’t be riding and I’ve got two kids two step kids and I know the money could be spent on them however I really feel i will be a happier mummy and that in itself is important so you shouldn’t feel guilty. I’ve never taken my children to a swimming pool only when abroad and I can’t wait to take them in the kids holidays and not feel self conscious and play. I think moments like that are priceless, we carried the baby’s did best we could by them by breast feeding and now it’s our turn to feel good too.

I’m not even sure what size I want to be, not too big, maybe a large C or D? Thing is I can’t even afford to do it so it would have to be on finance and think i’d struggle to pay it! Arghh, I need to win the lotto or something 🙁

Hi all!! I had a BA 2 weeks ago. I was borderline uplift and had very empty upper boobs are breastfeeding too. I decided against the uplift and am over the moon with my results! I had 425/450cc high profile overs. I was a empty D and I got measured today as a FF/G!! I couldn’t be happier and they looked amazing in any bra I tried on. I never had any upper fullness before and like you girls wouldn’t like to go braless or let my partner touch them. They are very big now but in a Macom bra and covered they don’t look huge but then in a bra and bikinis they do look great so I feel I have the best of both worlds. I have loads of pictures on my profile if you want to add me and willing to answer any questions. This is is very medical straight picture but shows some before/afters. I think having a large inplant has helped re fill my stretched skin so would recommend going for the biggest your surgeon suggests. I will need an uplift in the future but who knows when! My nipples are (were) very droops, I was a 32B before breastfeeding and ended up an empty B with droopy long nipples. After my BA my nips do look more in proportion, however they do still droop a little but look so much better! I was so embarrassed by my boobs 🙁 I breastfed my little girl for 2.5 years but I think it was expressing milk with the pump that ruined my nipples. Feel free to message me and I’ll show you my before and free pics, I still block my nips out posting in here but if it helps put your mind and ease and help you not feel alone, I don’t mind sending you the pics. I know how awful it can make you feel! Xx

I was exactly the same as you, I was a B then after breastfeeding an empty A, I’ve got stretch marks and my nipples still aren’t perfectly round when they are erect but it’s still easily one of the best things I did for myself. I have confidence in the bedroom, my boobs actually fill my bras! I can wear bikinis and feel great! And finally wear tops and dresses without a bra if I have pictures of you add me as a friend you can see them on my profile x

Exactly the same as my situation after breastfeeding 2 babies
Luckily I didn’t need the uplift went to several different consultations xx
