Scabs on one nipple after BA – normal???

Hi ladies,
I’m just over one week post op now and have tonight discovered weird little scabs on one of my nipples. Not like a full blown scab, but fine lines of scabs – almost like wriggly scratches. Does anyone know if this is a normal thing to happen?

I’d get that checked out by gp or even show nurse sometimes that could be sign Of skin infection
